Mike, a native Texan, earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and served in the US Air Force for 13 years. Mike was also an alcoholic.  In 1971 he accepted Jesus as his Savior and was baptized. He immediately became active in Sunday school and church and winning the lost to Jesus.  He was instrumental in establishing and leading several single adult bible studies throughout Texas.  It was not until 1974 that God delivered him from his alcoholism.  He promised to give God the credit for this transformation at every opportunity.  In 1997,he accepted the call to serve the Lord as a preacher.

Mike and his wife, Sandee, planted Fellowship Church in 2000. “My call from God was ‘to bring My people back to My Word so they can learn to enjoy their relationship with me rather than just endure it.’ God has blessed our ministries and we presently serve 20-25 souls each week who in turn, serve others”.
